Kimberly Lawton Koon

Chief Executive Officer and Owner

Kimberly is the fifth generation of her family to lead Lawton Connect. Her great-great-grandfather, J.B. Lawton, founded the company in Orlando in 1900, and she has led it since 2002 with her husband, Ty Koon.

An engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University, Kimberly brings an engineer's approach to a family trade. Under her leadership, Lawton Connect invested early in digital printing, automation and new equipment, and grew to serve clients nationwide.

She leads the Lawton Connect family of companies, which includes Mr. Playing Card, Mr. Scratch Off and Pinhole Press.

Today she is moving the company forward with AI and automation, including a home-grown production scheduler that plans work across the plant without manual data entry.

Lawton Connect is a certified woman-owned business through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Kimberly leads the company alongside Ty Koon, President.
